پایتخت با بارش باران بهاری و تگرگ غافلگیر کننده ای روبرو شد. گفتنی است در میادین و جویبارهای شهری دانه های تگرگ به همراه آب جمع شده از باران به صورت سیلاب جاری شده و برق برخی مناطق با قطع و وصلی ناگهانی همراه شد.بارش تگرگ به حدی بود که وسایل نقلیه مجبور به توقف شدند. همچنین عابران پیاده برای در امان ماندن از بارش، به مغازه ها پناه بردند.
