قایق بادبانی رویایی، طراحی شده توسط "کیم هیون" توانست رتبه نخست مسابقه طراحی قایق رویایی سال 2011 را کسب کند. این قایق منحصر به فرد شامل 2 اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس بهداشتی و یک تراس بزرگ است.

از این قایق زیبا در روزهای آفتابی میتوان به عنوان ساحل خصوصی استفاده کرد. در قسمتی از این قایق، اتاق شیشه ای کوچک با یک سوراخ در کف طراحی شده است که برای ماهیگیری در تمامی شرایط آب و هوایی در نظر گرفته شده است.



بر روی سقف این قایق نیز فضای کوچکی طراحی شده است که با یک نرده محافظت شده است و شامل یک زمین بازی کوچک، تعدادی نیمکت و یک باربیکیو است که فضای دل انگیزی را برای استراحت و مشاهده منظره زیبای دریا فراهم کرده است. سیستم روشنایی این قایق توسط لامپ های LED انجام میشود و در هنگام شب نمای بسیار زیبایی دارد.

مبلمان کامل با فوم منعطف دولایه فوم منعطف دولایه به راحتی جابه‌جا می‌شود و در کوتاهترین زمان ممکن به اشکال مختلف صندلی نشیمن، میز تک‌نفره، دو نفره و میز ناهارخوری تبدیل خواهند شد.
هم‌اکنون می‌توانید با در اختیار داشتن فوم منعطف دولایه از یک مبلمان کامل همچون میز، صندلی و کاناپه در طرح و اندازه‌های مختلف بهره‌مند شوید و در هر مکان با هر اندازه و فضایی به راحتی مورد استفاده قرار دهید. این فوم از فیبر پلاستیک نرم بازیافتی و فلز سبک منعطف تشکیل شده که یک لایه از آن به صورت فشرده و مسطح و لایه دیگر به صورت پلکانی با خطوط افقی ممتد طراحی شده است.

گروه طراح موسسه حرفه‌ای معماری FLATCUT با ارایه این تکنولوژی جدید موفق به دریافت بهترین طراحی مدرن سال 2011 میلادی شده است.

فوم منعطف دولایه به راحتی جابه‌جا می‌شود و در کوتاهترین زمان ممکن به اشکال مختلف صندلی نشیمن، میز تک‌نفره، دو نفره و میز ناهارخوری تبدیل خواهند شد. از این رو می‌توان گفت این مبلمان به صورت موقت بوده و به راحتی قابل جابه‌جایی و تغییر شکل است. بنابراین در کوچکترین مکان‌ها نیز می‌توان بیشترین کاربرد را از این مبلمان نوین داشت.

روزگاری امکان استفاده از وسیله ای به نام لامپ روشنایی برای آدمی امری محال بنظر می آمد وشاید هرگز به ذهن او خطور نمی کرد که روزی برسد که لامپهای اکترونیکی، با هوشمندی بشر به لامپ هایی با قابلیت پخش موسیقی تبدیل شود.
یک دانشمند و طراح خوش ذوق با ارائه ایده ای بسیار جالب توانست نسل بعدی لامپ های رشته ای را به لامپ هایی با قابلیت پخش موسیقی ارتقا دهد. این لامپها به همان روش لامپهای قدیمی پیچ می شوند با این تفاوت که اتصالات در اینجا به شکل سوکت خواهد بودو این بار نور خشن فلورسنت لامپ به موسیقی گوش نواز همراه با روشنایی تبدیل می شود و بر فضای اتاق می تابد.

گرچه تا حدودی دور از ذهن بنظر می رسد ولی این فن آوری برای تلفن همراه نیز فراهم شده است. علاوه بر این اتصالات جدید یعنی سوکتهای نوری که از سقف خانه شما نور را در فضای اتاق همراه با پخش موسیقی می تاباند می تواند به کف میز هم متصل شده و یا LED های مصنوعی را که برای لامپهای روی میز طراحی شده بودند را با این نوآوری جدید روشنایی به تکامل رساند.



همچنین در معماری مدرن، استفاده از لامپ هایی با قابلیت پخش موسیقی می تواند فضایی مدرن و دراماتیک را فراهم آورد.با مقایسه سرعت تغیر و تحولات فن آوری های روشنایی و بخصوص جدیدترین طراحی نوری که" لامپهایی با قابلیت پخش موسیقی" است با میزان تمایل مردم به استفاده از آن می توان گفت که استفاده از این نوآوری کمتر مورد توجه قرارگرفته است.



از آنجا که بیشتر مردم به دنبال هرچه کاملتر کردن سیستمهای پخش صوتی خود هستند ،دستگاههایی شبیه به این، فرصتی است برای ارائه ایده های جدید تا سیستمهای صوتی به بخشی جداناپذیر در زندگی انسان تبدیل شوند. با توجه به سرعت تغیر و تحولات فن آوری های روشنایی و بخصوص طرح های نوین و پایدار، لامپهایی با قابلیت پخش موسیقی، گزینه بسیار مناسب می باشد.

دور از ذهن نخواهد بود روزی که بشر به این فن آوری دست یابد که به جای حضور سخنران در جلسه از یک لامپ با قابلیت پخش سخنرانی استفاده شود.

A car bearing the Elan name—a two-seat, mid-engine coupe unveiled in concept form at the 2010 Paris auto show—was originally scheduled to launch in 2013 or 2014. According to that plan, the similar Evora would then be dropped from the Lotus lineup. But now the company says that the Evora, introduced in 2009, will be “allowed to have a more traditional life cycle.” This will extend for five to six years from now, and it remains possible that the Evora name will live into a second generation. the designers from the Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design Studios in Carlsbad, California, surprised everyone with a revolutionary vision. Taking their inspiration from nature, they designed a vehicle which is fully integrated into the ecosystem, from the moment of its creation right through to the end of its service life. The Mercedes-Benz BIOME grows in a completely organic environment from seeds sown in a nursery. Out on the road the car emits pure oxygen, and at the end of its lifespan it can be simply composted or used as building material. The Mercedes-Benz BIOME is powered by BioNectar4534, which is stored in the BioFibre material of the chassis, interior, and wheels. In addition, Mercedes-Benz has developed a technology to equip trees with special receptors which can collect the excess solar energy and turn it into BioNectar4534. This creates a direct link with nature’s energy sources and acts as an incentive to cover mobility energy requirements through more trees and at the same time maintain natural resources. Like plants, the Mercedes-Benz symbiosis vehicle also produces oxygen, thereby contributing to improving air quality. At the end of its service life, the Mercedes-Benz BIOME can be fully composted or used as building material. Thanks to the exclusive use of green technologies, the BIOME vehicle thus blends seamlessly into the ecosystem.source

This one-off show model was created by our in house Rapid Prototyping team working 80-90hr weeks to meet this tight deadline. Seventeen show quality 3-wheel electric scooters, a canopy scooter, and rear storage box were also built for the same EICMA show.source

The 700r was a prototype display model for the 2008 Beijing Auto Show. This model, machined from high density foam, was to be the future indication as to the possible direction new manufacturing could take for new vehicle sales. This full size model was created in Souther california, in less than three months, under my direction using minimal vendor resources. It was then crated and shipped to China to display at the Auto Show. It was a surprise and unexpected entry and unveiling at the show.source

DeZir is a two-seater coupé powered by an electric motor. The exterior is characterized by smooth yet sculptural shapes inspired by liquids, with a dynamism underlined by the bold white and red contrasting colors. The two gull-wing doors open in opposite directions and are inspired by a ying and yang-style harmony. The front-end design has a strong graphic character and previews the new front-end identity that is will become a trademark feature on the future Renault models. The interior has a futuristic look and is dominated by white color. Among the distinctive elements is the one-piece, two-seater front leather benchseat.source

DryMate is a clothes dryer that uses a new vacuum technology to dry clothes at lower temperature. As a result lesser energy is consumed, and heat-related damage to the clothes is avoided. The dryer scores another brownie point for being easily accessible from a standing position. To aid its stand further, a 9 degree tilt and a wide-mouth drum has been incorporated to the design. The rounded exterior gives a refreshing new form to the redundant cuboids that we see at homes.source

The main feature of the developed pen – the structure of a core for ink. It reminds a plant stalk, a sprout under the form. Color of a core adds with color of ink gives green natural color. By the writing, as ink is spent, the stalk develops, like a withering plant and it’s color becomes more yellow. Complete with the pen there is a special support. For the occasion of the football world cup in Africa, KIX was asked by an African manufacturer to design a new brand associated to 2 models of plastic shoes dedicated to African market. The Panam is the first masculine model of the Zebra brand . It was specially designed at the occasion of the world cup and is dedicated to African football fans. Its honeycomb pattern remind of the football mesh and football pattern. The EVA sole bring comfort and can be easily removed for cleaning. The lines on the front reinforced the shoes and bring modernity to the design.

The pace the number of vehicles is increasing on urban roads, the day is not far when people have to get around using personal pods powered and guided by an electric grid embedded in the city street system. Designed for Honda, the “Individual Articulating Commuter” by designer Phillip Seagram is an identical personal mobility vehicle concept to commute on cramped city roads. Designed to be charged when parked inside an IAC garage, the electric vehicle features a split door system to keep it compact even when the doors are open. In addition, the compact vehicle alters its shape, from horizontally flat to vertically upright, according to the speed. Running on wheels with built-in motors, the city vehicle allows in-wheel drive and includes a hidden balance wheel for a safe drive. The Individual Articulating Commuter measures just 4.85 inches in length, which is just ideal for traveling to office or marketplace and back.source
